Yay Me!
I just wanted to share these accomplishments. I looked back to when Derek and I started the whole weight-loss "program" we have going. Since the middle of November 2008, I've lost 14 pounds just by eating less and better, and starting exercising at the gym since Feb when I got my job with the City. *beams* Yay me! I'm also in a size L (spandex) dress, from almost a 2XL not spandex. *bigger beam* Yay again! AND..... what really got me happy today.... I actually had to wear a BELT to work! Like not just an accent, as in if I didn't my pants were going to fall off. *jumps up and down ecstatically* WHOO! So, when I look *good* in my new birthday dress (the one referenced above), I'll certainly share pix. But that's what I have to be proud of. :)
Oh, I wanted to add what my workout routine is....

Elliptical “Fat Burn” or “Random” 30 minutes
Does it make sense? I do #reps on #weight (A) then the next #reps on #weight (B) etc. That's also the order I do them in. The weights I do at lunch and the T/Th elliptical I do after work with Derek. Okay, I'm going to see how this turns out. Ciao.
