Last night Derek and I went out for our 2 year anniversary dinner. It took a while to decide where we wanted to go because of Lamotte's not answering their phone (we figured maybe they're closed which is weird). Finally, we decided to try a new place we've never been to. We went to the White Rose Bar & Grill in York, PA. Overall, we give it a B. The service was quick, but we waited like 10 minutes for the check. The food was good, but the bacon-wrapped scallops... I've had a LOT better (and I've had worse). The salad was pre-made and refridgerated since the dressing was like one solid lump. But the crab cakes were totally awesome, and the cream of crab soup was really good, too. The red skin mashed potatoes... they tasted old. Derek's filet mignon was good, but charbroiled so all you could taste was the char. Tender, though. So, yeah, overall a B.

Good shot! We'll see how I'm doing in another month or so... *whispers* I might be under a certain number weight! *giggle* For the first time in.................... 10 years? geeze.... that's something to think about.
