What a Miserable Night
Last night was awful.  Just all around.  I was tossing and turning from hot/cold/hot/cold. I put the fan in the window (wasn't in there previously) around 2am and promptly froze.  It wasn't even that cold out! I had to pee like 3 times. I was nauseous then it gradually turned to hunger.  And I think I spent about an hour itching my legs... one spot in particular. Damned mosquitoes.  Why were they ever made?! I think I counted 11 bites on my left leg and 13 on my right leg. I think I've lost about a pint of blood to those fuckers.  And to top it all off... nightmares. Oh, in the worst way.

One I remember I was in this kind of old house and there was ashes or dust or teeney stones, like what used to be on the ground in outdoor pavillions.  I kept walking through it wondering what it was. Then another person was there, a lady.  She was looking, too. All of a sudden she stopped, listened, and told me to gather close to her and we sat on the floor in the dirt. Then a ghost rottweiler came barrelling around the corner and stood at the edge of the dust and growled and barked, and it was scary.  I said something about my dog being a labrador, that couldn't be it.  Then it changed and I was in another part of the house, like at the base of the steps but on the side of them. The woman poked her head over the railing and said that my dog died on Friday, not Saturday like my parents told me. I said it was Saturday! And yelled and screamed until a "memory" of me as a child, came into my vision. I was "driving" a car, but I looked about half-dead.  Pale face, bags under my eyes, stringy hair... I just drove right over this yellow lab that was really hairy (like, long-haired version, looked more like a golden retriever) and dirty. It looked back at me for a split second before I realized it was there, but it was too late.  I think that's when THAT dog showed up back at that house, in ghost form again, and was trying to bark at me and bite me and shit. I've never had a dog, so it was weird.  And I'm slightly scared of them, and everyone looks at me weird when I say that (dreams much?)

Another dream had me at my across-the-street neighbors house (in my old neighborhood) and there was a new person moving into the corner house. The Asian people apparently moved out and this guy moved in. He was complaining coz the realtor didn't disclose a bunch of things he considered major problems. He was all flirty with me, but he was older and kinda gross.  I tried to ignore him and get away as quick as I could.

So that's what kept me up all night. I really need to find something to take before bed, but I did have a cherry-vanilla waffle cone that i finished at about 9p and we went to bed at like 1045p.... so *shrug* maybe I shouldn't get that flavor anymore? Heh.  Well, I'm gonna go see if I can't get these nightmares out of my brain--wtf is up with my subconsious?!  Ciao.

That really sucks (((Sami))) :(

I really hate going from cold to hot and back again, I hate nausea and mosquitoes as well.

As for your dreams, I'm not sure what could be causing them, but maybe you shouldn't eat sugar so late at night?

*giggle* I have these weird dreams regardless of what I eat before bed. I've come to realize that. Maybe they become more intense and vivid coz my brain has more energy to dug stuff up, but there have been a few times when I ate something sugary before bed and didn't dream at all or nearly as horribly.
